Veggie Naman

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting Stir-fry kangkong with garlic. A yummy and a healthy dish I learned from the net. Nagsawa na ko sa adobong kangkong so I tried this recipe this evening. I simplified it a bit for a much easier preparation D What I did here… 1. Wash, trim and dry kangkong. 2. In a wok or skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. 3. Add chopped garlic and set aside. Then slide the chopped onion in the same pan. 4. Stir-fry for a minute or so until the onion begins to turn translucent. 5. Add the kangkong, water and soy sauce. 6. Continue to stir-fry just until the kangkong wilts, about another minute. 7. Place the kangkong in a plate and garnish with the chopped garlic pramis masarap D
