Honest Blog Award
This award is bestowed upon a fellow blogger whose blog’s content or design is, in the giver’s opinion is brilliant.
Here are the rules:
When accepting this auspicious award, you must write a post bragging about it, including the name of the misguided soul who thinks you deserve such acclaim, and link back to said person so everyone knows he or she is real. Choose a minimum of 7 blogs that you find brilliant in content or design. Or improvise by including bloggers who have no idea who you are because you don’t have 7 friends. Show the 7 random victims’ names and links and leave a harassing comment informing them that they were prized with “Honest Weblog.” Well, there’s no prize, but they can keep the nifty icon. List at least ten honest things about yourself. Then, pass it on!
Now, here's the ten random things about myself….

Old and not so New!
Look what I found while browsing my files. Hubz first ever phone bought in 1997, a bulky motorola. The slimmer phone is the one he still uses...it's a nokia unit, It was a gift I gave him last Christmas 2007. Just look at that old motorola phone, it's so huge. I am just glad cellphones now are smaller and lighter. :)
I first had my cellphone in 2001. A bosch model. Too bad I wasnt able to keep it. It got lost by a friend. Before I had a cellphone, I first carried a beeper, some called it pager. Do you still remeber what a beeper is? Well if not....beeper are just text messages created without the genius of the QWERTY keypad. So you gotta call the operator of your provider to send messages. That time it was cool! hahaha.
Anyway, what's your communication and gadget evolution!

The Chicharon
Oh boy...I am on a diet albeit this pork crackling is as well as good to pass up. I ate few pieces...five small pieces, hubs on the other hand got some more pieces and ate it along with rice and the sauteed vegetable we had for dinner that night. It was good he exclaimed. Chicharon is a real favorite, with a good vinegar for dipping, I could finish the whole pack but I have to watch it. I don't want to add more pounds.
The pack of chicharon is still more than half filled at this moment. I still don't know when will I bite some pieces again. I could ask mom to cook sauteed munggo and replace the pork with this. Yummm!!!
If you have this pack of chicharon, what will you do with it?

Happy New Year everyone and praying for a very wonderful 2009!!!!
A new Computer for '09
The husband is thinking of getting a new desktop for our small computer business. Some of his friends suggested getting a laptop instead. But husband much preferred a desktop since it will cost less and it comes with empty bays which can be efficiently used to upgrade RAM or install a faster chipset. In addition desktop upgrade cost less than laptop. Aside from these, husband wanted to get a sleek and slim monitor that will not consume space and energy saving. That would be the perfect computer package that my husband wanted.
Therefore, the husband had been checking online for reviews that will help him out on what desktop and monitor to get. I know with the stiff competition with the business were in, getting a brand new desktop unit will attract more customers to avail the service we offer. :)
This coming 2009, my husband and I are praying for more success in our business and prosporous New Year!
