I used chocolate ganache for frosting. I just followed this recipe and it was perfect.
Now to assemble:
Put one cake on a platter. Spread some of the frosting over this layer. Top with the other cake. Frost top and side of cake.
I also did vanilla buttercream frosting for the swirl and add a cherrie.
After I finished making the cake, I was so happy because it was my first to make a really nice looking cake, hahaha :)

Yummy Seafood
When I was a kid, the family owned a small restaurant business. That’s why at an early age I learn the art of cooking. I learn how to prepare simple dishes that wins the heart of my parent and siblings. Up to now, cooking is still a great part of my life. This is my simple way of making my husband happy. You see, he loves to eat and his favorite is seafoods especially shrimp. He loves it when I grilled them and drizzle some olive oil. Simple as that!
We all knew seafoods are healthy to eat specially when they are fresh. It’s a good source of protein and low in saturated fat. It’s also a good source of omega-3 fatty acids thus reducing the cause of heart disease. That is why, seafoods are always present on our dining table during weekends.
Just as of earlier, I stumbled into this Great American Seafood cook off website where chefs from all over the US showcase their creativity in preparing unique and great tasting seafood recipe. I was asked to vote for a recipe in that site.
I voted for the Shrimp and Andouille Cassoulet by Chef Brian Landry from Louisiana . Thanks to his creative taste, I can prepare something new for my husband. The recipe is given in the site. I will definitely try this new one. It looks well and it seems easy to prepare. I can hardly wait to prepare this easy and yummy shrimp dish. I am so sure the husband will love this.
You want to know more recipe, do visit the site. I am sure you'll find an interesting recipe that will make you drool!

iLasik - A New technology
Am having problem with my eyes these pass few months. My vision is becoming blurred. I wanted to see an eye doctor but the idea of wearing eyeglasses just doesn’t make me comfortable. Then I found out that there is a solution to this problem.
I’ve heard about Lasik technology, so armed with my laptop I browsed information about it. On searching the net, I came across this LASIK technology. Reading more about their site made me interested on what they offer.
Based on what I read, NASA and the U.S military benefits from the LASIK technology. They have been actually using this technology to improve the eyesight of their top-personnel that encounters extreme, physically demanding conditions. Thus it makes their employees efficient at their work.
How iLasik technology does really works, based on my research, LASIK technology, and uses two lasers, as compared with the earlier version that uses only one. It is proven to be much more resultant and safer since the handheld microkeratome blade is replaced with the laser. The risk had been cut since the laser is much accurate. So therefore, the procedure is safer, painless and effective. Now if you too wanted to know more about this technology check out their site for more LASIK information.

The boy and the cookie
The brave young boy had his operation this morning. His mom texted me these words :
Hope he will love it. :)
Once again, I thank all my friends who helped the family through prayers. :)
Im here with him at the recovery room. He looks ok. He smiled at me and kissed my hands when he saw me then he sleep again....Thank you to all who prayed for him. We are positive that everything will be okay after all these and claiming that the tumor is not malignant. We believed in God's divine healing. :) The husband and I will visit him tomorrow.
