I thought, baking cheesecake is difficult but I was proven wrong. After reading some recipe books and baking websites, I simplified it a bit and voila, a yummy and easy cheesecake.
Here is what you need...
15 graham crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
8 ounce packages cream cheese (I used philedelphia cream cheese)
1 cups white sugar (I used the powdered sugar)
3/4 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
Then....
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press onto bottom of springform pan. In a mixer, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in milk, and then mix in the eggs one at a time, Mix in sour cream, vanilla and flour until smooth. Pour filling into prepared crust. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn the oven off, and let cake cool in oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours; this prevents cracking. Chill in refrigerator until serving. Topped with strawberry/blueberry preserve if you want.

Finally!!!
Yes!!!
My long wait is over. I got my first DSLR camera courtesy of my ever sweet loving husband (naks). He bought me a Nikon D60 last monday. I'm making my self familiar with my new toy and it's fun playing with it,like with this cap lense, I used a bond paper as background, move a bit, find a good angle and voila, it's like a floating cap lense, hehehe. This is really really fun. I'm loving my new camera. Labs thank you for this :)
