Ingridients:
1/2 cup butter 2 cups brown sugar 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1 cup water 50 grams unsweetened cocoa 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup chocolate chips For the graham biscuit crust1 cups of crushed graham
4 tbsp of melted butter1. Combine the crumbs, and melted butter.
2. Scoop a heaping teaspoon into each cupcake paper, pressing down to cover the bottom.For the chocolate cupcake
1. Beat butter until creamy, add sugar. Mix well.
2.Then add the eggs one at a time. Add the milk, water and the cocoa and the chocolate chip. Mix everything until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, sift flour, salt and baking soda. Mix the chocolate mixture into the batter.
4.Spoon batter over biscuit crust until just under 1/2 full.
5. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until a cake tester comes out clean.
I baked this last Sunday for my birthday :)
