Beef Brocolli

This dish is a favorite whenever we dine at a chinese restaurant. So the other week I decided to try cooking beef brocolli. It was my first time to make this.
What you'll need;
400 grams Beef sirloin strips, cut in strips
1/4 cup of soy sauce

1 onion, sliced thinly
crushed garlic

small ginger, cut into strips

2 small or 1 big, head of broccoli

1 tbsp of cornstarch

salt and pepper
1-1/2 tbsp. of oyster sauce
3/4 c. of beef broth (or 1 beef cube dissolved in water)
Then what you'll do;
In a bowl marinate the beef strips in soysauce and pepper set aside.
Mix together the broth with the remaing soy sauce, pinch of salt, pepper and cornstarch. Set aside.
Heat a wok or skillet. When hot, pour in the cooking oil. Over very high heat, fry the beef strips until brown. Set aside.
In a separate wok or skillet, saute onions then garlic. Add the ginger. Add in the broccoli and stir fry for about half a minute. Season with salt,pepper and a some soysauce. After a minute add the broth with cornstarch Mix until the sauce thickens. When serving you could drizzle some oyster sauce for added flavor. :)
Serve at once. Easy right! :)
