You'll need;
1/2 kilo pancit bihon
pork slices, fried
chicken liver
chicken breast, boiled and shredded
Broth
Veggies such as;
baguio bean, carrots, chopped cabbage, soaked tengang daga
garlic, onions, soy sauce,
worcestershire sauce or oyster sauce or bell pepper * :)
Here's what I do
Soak the pancit bihon noodles to soften for 10 minutes.
Grease a large pan or wok with oil. Sauté onions and garlic. Add the sliced veggies (in this order carrots, baguio beans, cabbage and tengang daga). If you want a spicy taste add bell pepper.
Stir fry then set aside.
In a separate wok, saute onions, add pork, shredded chicken breast, chicken liver. Add the broth. Drizzle some soysauce depending to your taste. Add 2 tbsp of worcestershire sauce or oyster sauce. Simmer.....simmer. (I dont use shrimp, Im allergic to it by the way)
