1/2k ground beef
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
chopped onions
chopped green bell pepper
1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
1 cup grated parmesan cheese mix with 1 cup mozarella cheese
1.4 teaspoon parsley
dash of pepper
3 cup milk
3 eggs beaten
What to do: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a skillet, cook ground meat, green pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain to remove excess fat. Add tomato sauce, milk, salt, pepper and parsley. Heat over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat add egg and blend well.

Place half the macaroni in a baking dish, pour half of the meat sauce then top with half part of the cheese. Place the remaining macaroni on top of it. Again, pour all the meat sauce and top again with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
~oOo~ I baked that for the first time. I wanted make something special last weekend to bring at my in-laws place because we have a new family member. My sister in law gave birth last January 6 to these two adorable twin girls....sasha and hanna. The most exciting was, the husband and I are gonna be their godparents. :)
Sorry I cannot tell which is which yet so lets call them the twins, hehehe They are so cute...
